We have implemented robust, industry-standard technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. These measures include:

However, despite our extensive safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. AI Processing Partners

We process your resume, work history, job application data, and career information using third-party artificial intelligence providers including Anthropic and OpenAI to generate resume content, cover letters, follow-up emails, and career assistance. By using KwikResume you consent to your text inputs being transmitted to these AI providers for processing. These providers do not use your data to train their models.

7. Data Retention Policy

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

  1. We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. 18. Referral Fraud Detection and Device Restrictions

To protect the integrity of our referral program and prevent financial fraud, we operate an IP-based fraud detection system. This system works as follows:

  1. When a new account creation is attempted using a referral link, we check the IP address of the device against our IP log.
  2. If the same IP address has previously been used to log in to an existing KwikResume.io account within the past 30 days, the new account creation using that referral link will be blocked.
  3. In this event, we will display a message informing the user that the device is already associated with an existing account, along with a partially masked version of that account's email address.
  4. The user will be directed to log in to their existing account instead.

This restriction is applied at the device level based on IP address. We recognize that multiple people in the same household may share an IP address. If you believe a restriction has been applied to your account in error, please contact us at hello@kwikresume.io with your account details and we will review your case manually within 5 business days.
